TPL Corporation, is
a Perth-based company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (code: TPL).
The Company was originally admitted to the official list of ASX as Terraplanet Limited in May 2000 and carried on
business as a publisher of magazines, graphic design and pre-press service
provider, internet web designer and developer and related businesses.
Following a major restructuring and recapitalisation, the company was re-launched as TPL Corporation and
was reinstated to the ASX Official List on 27 May 2008.

Mark Gunther B.Sc(Hons), MSc, MAIG - Managing Director
Mark has 25 years resource industry experience that covers a range of commodities within a variety of
geological terrains within Australia. His experience ranges from grassroots exploration through to resource
definition and development. Mark has held senior positions with several small and mid-tier sized
mining & exploration companies as well as having run a successful, Kalgoorlie based, geological consultancy
for 7 years predominantly engaged in gold & nickel exploration.
Prior to joining TPL Mark was Exploration Manager for Atlas Iron Limited, managing the discovery and
resource delineation of approximately 200 million tonnes of direct shipping ore (DSO) and 2 billion tonnes of
magnetite resource. These discoveries have underpinned Atlas's phenomenal growth from a $6 million float to
a mid-tier mining company that is now a member of the S&P 200 (ASX indices).
Early in his career Mark was an integral part of the initial exploration and resource definition team on the
Lake Vermont Coal deposit within the Bowen basin, Queensland. Coal production at 4 Mtpa commenced in 2008
from a 103 Mt resource.
James Pratt B.Sc(Hons), Grad Dip Fin, MAusIMM - Non-Executive Director
James has been a director of a number of exploration companies listed on AIM and the ASX and is currently a non-executive director of Uranium Resources PLC. Prior to that James has held the position of senior and chief geologist for various Australian mining companies over the last 20 years.

Hugh has a wealth of corporate experience having been a director of
more than 25 public companies involved in the mining, oil & gas,
biotechnology and service industries. His track record includes IPO or
re-capitalisation for 23 ASX companies and 6 AIM companies with a combined
market capitalisation of over A$2.5 billion.

Ian provides company secretarial services and corporate, management and accounting advice to a number of listed public companies involved in the resource and technology industries. Ian has had over 25 years experience working for large international accounting firms in Perth, London and Toronto.
