The TPL team of board and management is highly experienced, skilled and competent, with over 100 years combined industry experience in management of publicly listed companies, corporate finance, mineral exploration, mineral exploration, mineral resource development and mining.

CHAIRMAN Hugh Warner –  Hugh has a wealth of corporate experience having been a director of more than 25 public companies involved in the mining, oil & gas, biotechnology and service industries. His track record includes IPO or re-capitalisation for 23 ASX companies and 6 AIM companies with a combined market capitalisation of over A$2.5 billion.  He also hold a bachelor of Economics.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR James Pratt –  James has been a director of a number of exploration companies listed on AIM and the ASX and is currently a non-executive director of Uranium Resources PLC. Prior to that James has held the position of senior and chief geologist for various Australian mining companies over the last 20 years.  He holds a Bachelor of Science and Graduate Diploma of Finance.

COMPANY SECRETARY & NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Neil Hackett -  Neil is a professionally qualified ASX company secretary and corporate executive with 18 years company secretarial, compliance and corporate governance experience. He has 7 years ASX200 listed company secretary experience with mining, diversified industrial and financial services entities. Neil provides company secretarial support and corporate advice to various public listed companies. Neil holds a Bachelor of Economics, is a Fellow of Finsia, a Graduate of the AICD and is an Affiliate of Chartered Secretaries of Australia.
